Low modulus hybrid sealant Zwaluw Hybriseal® Façade is a high quality professional universal low modulus sealant based on hybrid technology, which cures under influence of humidity to form a durable elastic rubber.

AREAS OF APPLICATION : Zwaluw Hybriseal® Façade was specifically developed as a universal sealant for sealing construction and dilatation joints and joints in pedestrian walkways on most common building materials such as concrete, brickwork, painted wood, enamel, aluminium, stainless steel and a variety of plastics.

CHARACTERISTICS : Shelf life In unopened original packaging between +5°C and +25°C, shelf life up to 15 months from production date, stored in a dry place.
